I. WD-HT-210-V Pocket Tissue / Mini Type Face Tissue Machine with automatic transfer.
Main Features：
1. This machine is newly-designed by our company with advanced technology to further ensure the machine with overall reliability and operation stability.
2. No need to make any changes to the packing machine, this machine can be connected with it as a full automatic production line, performing synchronous running with the packing machine.
3. Pull out the impeller from channel to separate tissue paper under the model of high speed machine for tissue paper separation. Separated by the impeller, the paper folding roller pulls out the folded tissue paper sheet by sheet from channel and the separation shift fork is controlled by cam mechanism to ensure stable folded tissue separation at high speed.
4. It performs differential operation with packing machine, leaving a certain empty bag position for the feeding groove of the packing machine so that the poorly-packed tissue can be easily picked out fro repacking, reducing the loss.
5. Based on the feeding groove height of packing machine, this machine is integrally designed with a large 18mm-thick support plate from front to back, making the structure rational and higher rigidity.
6.Applied with intelligent detector for paper loosing, paper breaking, paper missing and paper jam. Once any fault is found, the machine will automatically shut down while the fault location displays on the operation panel. To make the machine back to normal operation, it is easily to shoot the trouble as to instructions on the panel.
II.WD-HT-PM200 Full Automatic Handkerchief Packing Machine
Machine Introduction：
This machine uses plastic packing film to pack the standard handkerchief tissue, mini type handkerchief, rectangular objects, as the picture shown above.
Function and Features：
1.Overall operation controlled by PLC, large touch panel screen and stepping motor.
2.Equipped with automatic trouble tracking and alarm system.
3.Photoelectric tracking system with high precision.
4.Synchro punching for the tearing opening of packing film of the paper towel allowable to configure automatic punching device with various shapes of tearing openings.
5.Letters such as production date and batch number can be printed automatically and adjusted up and down to optimized position.
6.Synchro sticking the tearing opening tape for the outer packing delivers to further reduce the labor cost.
